Too much Hunger is it a growth spurt?
Attaching my Xray 👇I am a 20 Y/0 Male and I am having constant hunger like I eat 4,5 chapati a bowl of sabji and curd I eat 3 times a day but still I feel like I should eat 4,5 times a day I have extreme level hunger I was a late bloomer also my height increased 10 cm after 18 years of age right now I stand at 169 cm and my weight is 65 kg which I recently reduced from 71 kg in 6 months I under went all my test like I checked if I am getting another growth spurt but the doctor said by looking at my knee xray that my growth plates are fused and I cannot grow more I underwent thyroid, lipid, CRP, CBC liver test cortisol serum prolactin ,HbA1C ,Vit B, Vit D 25 Hydroxy and my all hormones all test reports came normal. I have voice like kids and Adam's apple isn't prominent,does that mean I am hitting another growth spurt my doctor gave me D rise +whey protein am i still in growing phase from spinal growth plates or maybe femur ? wingspan is 180cm

As per your concern about growth spurt it is normal to gain more height as for male till 21 years last growth phase. For your voice it is totally genetical. You may listened to for physician first for the same.

About hunger Too much hunger at this age is not usually from a growth spurt About voice and Adam’s Apple If your voice is still child like and Adam’s apple isn’t prominent, that could suggest delayed or incomplete puberty or sometimes Get checked by an endocrinologist They may do : Hormones tests like testosterone, LH, FSH , prolactin, etc. Bones age scan ( to see if growth plates are still open ) General helth check ( diabetes, thyroid, metabolic causes of hunger )
