I wanted to put on wait hence I started having protein food but I'm not able digest the food Which lead me to indigestion

For gaining weight,don't take unrecommended food supplements,that may effect ur health badly, don't take outside pestry, deep fried items from out side to gain weight. U have to waight & patiently u have to take ample amount of good fat,comes from fish oil, vegiterian oil( First time fried) , Walnut, almonds etc.. take yellow fruits in ample amount with green leafy vegetables in ur regular diet. Don't focus only on protein diet to increase weight. Have a balanced diet with all food groups. Have good quantity of fibers to avoid constipation.for customised diet plan consult me through practo.

For gaining weight only protein increase in diet is not a right way, most of people same issue. So you have to increase number of meal and take good quality food. Also take complex carbs. And now includes salad and curd in your lunch and dinner for improve digestion.

Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily.

Only increasing protein won’t ensure weight gain. Overall calories need to increase as well. And the calories need to come from various sources. When taking additional protein, it must be accompanied with good amount of fiber or else it would lead to indigestion and constipation as well. I think that is what had happened in your case.
