I want to build muscle. Whenever I started workout I will not be able to continue due to bad diet and stomach issues as my digestion is not good. Which protein supplement is to be used??

First correct food intake. Supplement is the second stage. Without eating right food supplements will not work. For digestion problem have fruits on empty stomach and do not have any processed & packed market foods.
