Hello, Weight loss is a process & it has to be done the "right" way to ensure it is long lasting & sustainable. To achieve a considerable weight loss a customized diet is highly recommended that takes into account your lifestyle, routine, medical conditions & medications if any, eating habits, sleep, stress, etc. This helps in identifying the gap areas and correcting them accordingly. Following suggestions can be implemented as a start - 1. Have breakfast within first 2 hours of waking up 2. Eat balanced meals & never skip meals 3. Include protein rich foods such as milk & milk products, dals, pulses, sprouts, non-veg, etc in every meal 4. Stay well hydrated 5. Exercise daily for 45 minutes can be brisk walking 6. Avoid sweets, fried foods, refined flour, processed & packaged foods. Weight loss & fat loss takes place overall & not from a specific area on the body.
