Better to take supplements for few days and then try maintaining it with diet. U can take early morning sunlight to increase the absorption of vit d in body.

Since the levels are pretty low along with enough exposure to sunlight, you will have to take vitamin D support in different form, for which I would advise you to take an appointment with the Doctor and get proper tests done & then as advised please follow the same.
Next Steps
Please do take an appointment to rectify the problem at hand , as this can cause major disruption in your day to day activities.
Health Tips
Have a proper whole some & healthy food intake along with enough sunlight & physical exercise outdoors. Your health is in your hands, don't neglect it...do act in time & please take the doctors help.
