Hi, you need to lose only 5 kg as per BMI. Your height in centimetres is 157cm (approx.). Now subtract 100 from this value. It will give you your ideal weight. (157-100=57). So, your ideal weight will be 57 kg, but you may look chubby due to excess fat.  In my opinion, you only need fat loss. If you lose 5 kg of solid fat, "KAYAPALAT" will happen. A low calorie diet (jeera paani, methi pani, eat every 2 hours type diet) will be very dangerous if your target is fat loss. Fat loss occurs only in the fed state. No one wants to lose muscles, but people don't know that a low-calorie diet targets muscle loss.  I hope this makes sense.
