Healthy evening Liver disease must be eat special diet. This diet helps the liver function and protects it from working too hard . Protein normally helps the body repair tissues.They also prevent fatty buildup and damage to liver cells. Dietary changes include 1. Reducing amount of animal protein, this will help limit the buildup of toxic waste products 2.increase carbs intake 3. Eating fruits and vegetables and lean protein such as legumes, poultry, fish 4. Taking vitamin and prescribed medication 5. Limit salt intake. Salt in diet may worsen fluid buildup and swelling in the liver.

If he is only suffered with liver cirrhosis, you can give him high protein foods in diet, Egg whites, chana, soybean etc but there are certain conditions and restrictions like if he is feeling drowsy or what is the state right now, there are many other parameters to decide what he can consume or not. just by getting to know that he is having liver cirrhosis no one can guide you in right way, other parameters and a detailed history is required to advice the patient better.
