Some general guidelines
Stick to homecooked foods
Avoid oily and spicy foods
Include more protein rich foods in your diet like sprouted legumes, fermented milk products, etc
Avoid uncooked vegetables
Avoid inflammation inducing foods like high fat foods, tea, coffee
