Diet Chart and exercise to lose 15kg?

Need to keep my energy level high, need diet plan per day exercise . Would like to run in morning. Don't like to go to gym. I have been preparing for some exams along with job, se need to study atleast 2-3hrs per day apart from job. Energitic diet chart needed. I need to enhance my speed and capability of running 800 mt within 2m30sec.. Please suggest something best to achieve goal within a strict span of time.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
