Hope your lipid profile, blood sugar, and blood pressure levels are normal. Ideally, you should reduce a minimum of 18 to 20 kgs of body weight to be fit. Start slowly targeting to reduce 2 to 3 kgs per month. Please don't go for extensive dietary regulations. Instead, take a low calorie diet. Your Ayurvedic doctor would prescribe you medications that correct your metabolism. Lifestyle changes should be made not just to reduce weight but to promote better health, and your benefits should be long-term. Treatments like Udwarthanam ( dry powder massage) is also very beneficial.

Consult for a customized treatment plan, lifestyle and dietary modifications.
Health Tips
