I am really sorry to hear this. I Can totally understand how difficult it is to survive in this phase .But please don't break your self, gather a little courage to survive and believe me , things will get better every moment.
First of all calm down , put your hand on your heart and make it believe that this is a temporary phase.You will soon overcome it.
Your situations have put you in this state , you are too much affected with break up
Be courageous and. Remember
1 . you are a person who is much much more than a boyfriend/girlfriend , so if one aspect , though the most sensitive one is getting over , it does not mean that you are over.
2 . Trust your destiny…it knows you better than you know your own self , so may be it found that this was not right for you.
3 . May be a temporary period of time , you may not realise this but ..…note down your feelings and sadness today . And then after 5 years , turn back and read that note. You will Wonder …really ….is this me ??. May be that time you will understand that things are not unfair to you.
4 . Never think of loosing yourself , you are a tiger , you have the strength to overcome this pain. And everyday you will get better but you have to follow these medicine….
Accept that you have to forget her /HIM.
Believe that life has chosen someone else that it better for you.
Don't think about past like…….why did this happen, I wish we were together , why only me….……Change these into healthy thoughts……..It is ok to have a breakup as it gives you a broader perspective towards choosing a life partner.
Stop negetive thoughts…....That you are unlucky , …..…But believe me dear , we never know what was really lucky for us?
REMEMBER …..WHAT YOU WERE BEFORE YOU MET HER/HIM .
TARGET THOSE DAYS AND WORK ON YOURSELF TO BECOME THAT PERSON .
YOU ARE SOMEONE'S BEST FRIEND, SOMEONE'S SON, SOMEONE'S STUDENT, SOMEONE'S RIVAL….GO BACK AND START LIVING WITH THESE ROLES AGAIN.
IF IT IS TOO MUCH TO GET OVER , EVERYTIME WHEN YOU FEEL DISTURBED , WRITE ALL THAT COMES TO YOUR MIND.ALL THE MOMENTS, TALKS YOU WANT TO SHARE WITH HER/HIM….…ETC .
THEN READ THEM LOUDLY EVERYDAY , FIRST 4–5 TIMES YOUR PAIN WILL ESCALATE BUT THEN YOU WILL GET USE TO IT, YOU WILL ACCEPT IT AND ALSO A TIME WILL COME WHEN YOU WILL START FEELING BORED BY READING THEM.
AND SOON YOU WILL BE STRONG .
You can also approach a therapist or counselor as they specialise in empowering and helping overcome this state.
