I am not sure how you came to know that you are in Depression, is that expert diagnosed, or you considered your self.
Certain times for some reason people will go through emotional distress and various problems.. Though one or two symptoms could be similar to depression, but unless the expert convey it don't consider. More over this crisis / situation people will feel more disturbed for many reasons.
