Hello sir , It is mandatory to extract the wisdom tooth as it is trouble giving . And for the 2 nd molar get an x ray and proceed with the required treatment .

It is mandatory to remove the wisdom tooth. Till we don’t remove it we won’t be able to clean the second molar tooth from the behind, which will further increase the size of the cavity. As soon as the cavity is removed and filled you can get a crown placed.
Next Steps
Remove the last molar tooth.
