Dengue rashes

Currently I am suffering from dengue and just wanted to know whether these are dengue rashes or not . These rashes are over my back and hand and are itching.

The pic is not very clear. It could be a dengue rash. If its mild itchy, any smoothening lotion like Dermadew or simple aloe vera gel. If the rash is very itchy, please consult your treating physician.
