Stains or cavities or both. You need a dental exam. ASAP. Dental care is not expensive  - Neglect Is. So if by regular brushing it's not going,going to the dentist is the next best thing!!

it's seems the spots are intrinsic . since when have you noticed the spots ? rigorous brushing over 10 min is not required as it might make your teeth sensitive as they will get abraded brushing should be 2-5 mins for removal of intrinsic stains you may have to bleach  your teetth
