Hi, Treat the cyst first. Get the cyst removed and allow to heal completely. Implant must be avoided when there is a cyst.

Hello! First, the cyst must be removed to avoid infection or implant failure. After healing and bone grafting (if needed), implant and crown can be done safely. Doing implant directly without treating the cyst is risky. Better to go step-by-step for long-term success.
Health Tips
It's understandable to worry about the cost, but it's important to remove the cyst first for your safety. Doing the implant directly can lead to failure. A stepwise approach is safer, and gives better long-term results.

You go for cyst removal along with bone grafting and membrane. Even if you go in for implants, bone grafting with membrane will still be required
