.If not treated it's dangerous it can cause bone resorption and tooth mobility . Solution is a root canal treatment . No pain that doesn't mean no problem...its harmful if left untreated

Cyst is dangerous.  Do CBCT and identify the position, extension,size , involvement of vital areas . Mostly painless but invasive

Thanks for sharing the X-ray.. looks like a cystic lesion irt the tooth .Since there is no pain it’s unlikely to be an abscess . Treatment include Root canal treatment of the tooth and curettage of the cyst . It’s not dangerous but if left it will cause bone and root resorption,may get bigger and eventually the tooth will be lost .

Hi , First of all there is nothing to worry , It is a routine Day care procedure. Mostly this type of cysts are not dangerous and may be caused due to childhood injury to that tooth or a persistent deep caries. Firstly Get a CBCT Xray done of that particular tooth to evaluate the exact condition and dimension of the cyst. After that we can remove the cyst and do the Root canal treatment of the affected tooth . Thats it, Nothing much to worry.

Most of the time rct + cyst removal works . In some cases even teeth needs to be extracted .

Hello, It looks like a periapical cyst or abcess . Better get a root canal treatment and  we would require some intervention i.e treatment with the lesion as well. Kindly don't postpone the treatment as pain is not there. It May complicate the scenario
