The two‑month history of fever and weakness alone is not enough to make a diagnosis and needs more detail like  fever pattern, weight loss, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, urinary symptoms, joint/muscle pain, rash, enlarged lymph nodes, and any exposure or travel. You should also provide list of all medicines taken in the last 2 months except Monocef (ceftriaxone). If available, share blood test reports beyond CRP, such as CBC, ESR, LFT/RFT, and any TB/typhoid/infection work‑up, so that possible causes (like TB, typhoid, chronic infection, autoimmune disease, or malignancy) can be narrowed down and appropriate next steps suggested.

Hi, fever for 2 months with high CRP, weakness and BP elevation needs urgent proper medical evaluation. CRP only shows inflammation it does not identify the cause, and repeated antibiotics/injections without diagnosis may not help.

Don’t worry about CRP. If u are having fever and weakness , which can happen in any vural fever , you need detailed evaluation with respect to the cause of the fever .
