As you are on antidepressants what really helps you to exercise regularly. Endorphins or the happy hormones are released when you exercise and may be your mood will also improve and u will reduce your medication.
I cannot recommend you take protein supplements for this.
I can recommend that you should increase the amount of protein in your meal and also improve the quality of protein.
Eat sufficient amount of meat, chicken, fish, eggs and milk, yogurt paneer. After exercise eat good amount of egg white for
creatinine. Milk and yogurt also contain whey.
