Don't use short cut way for reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hello, Yes, you can but I wouldn't recommend as it has various side effects like erosion of teeth enamel, Erosion/ ulcers in intestines, etc If you want to consume : 1 TBSP of ACV in 500ml water i.e 1 glass of water
