Since it is recurring continue to take b complex for 15-30 days once daily and have good nutritious diet and apply hexidine gel and mucopain gel when you are suffering from ulcers also use tetracycline mouth rinse

Use the following Rexidine ointment to be applied after every 4 hours to your ulcers. Use Chlohex mouthwash every 8 hourly. Plz include lots and lots of green vegetables and citrus fruits in your diet and drink plenty of water. Minimise , or better avoid tea, coffee, cigarettes etc.
