1 year ago i already done root canal on my front upper two teeth ..that time onwards started paining and it is not enough strong..I can't tolerate this pain

You need to visit Dental surgeon and get an X-ray done of that area.

If the pain started after Root Canal u probably have a filling that is overdone beyond the tooth.. U should not have tolerated the pain for one year.. instead gone back to ur doctor.. or at least a second opinion.

An x-ray of the affected teeth will be required to assess the current situation better. If the RCT was not done properly ooh ooh ooh there has been Re infection, Re RCT can solve this problem. The dentist might have recommended capping of the teeth after the completion of root canal treatment to make them strong. Please post a clinical picture of the affected teeth and a picture of the X-ray if possible for us to provide a better opinion. Regards.
