It's very important for you to have positive thoughts. There may be some hormonal changes in body. But in a time pass it will be normal for you. Try to have healthy food stuffs. Only if u eat well u can sleep well. Dont feel sad or low. To know more about self motivation and to acquire hope do get a consultation with psychologist.
