Constant constipation

I have constant constipation from like year or two I don't eat a lot of Fiber, but I have seen people not eating Fiber same as me, but they are not constipated, but I am always constipated and because it's been so long. I am worried if there is any issue what should I do?

I think it might also occur due to lack of regular physical work/exercise.for futher re evaluation do check and done usg abd pelvis and than we can see if there any underline issue or not.
