Simply if you can visit physiotherapy clinic through electro therapy and exercises it can be treated in 10 days or if you wish to help yourself at home then do neck stretching and isometric exercises but be carefull as exercises sometimes increases pain. Apply hot pack twice a day and maintain proper posture to avoid further more issues to cervical nerves or discs.
