My mother is suffering from above problems since last 2-3 years ... I consulted with many doctors bt didn't get satisfactory solution

Consult a pulmonologist for the a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis as well as to assess severity of asthma based on which treatment can be started.

Asthma is the disease which usually very well responds to treatment. Your mother may have alternate diagnosis or it may be a form of difficult to control asthma. Consult with a pulmonologist for complete evaluation and treatment
