Hello , while majority of the report is normal there is one very alarming things here i.e LDL levels. Most the cases of stroke and MI due to unregulated cholesterol are associated with high LDL and low HDL. For a 55 year old the LDL levels should be between 70 to 100mg/dl. Yours is 182 , this cannot be controlled by diet and lifestyle alone.
Next Steps
Start lipid lowering agents like statins. Tab Atorvastatin 20mg once a day , after dinner is a good starting point. Caution : Be on the lookout for dark colored urine or extreme muscular pain. this can due to the drug even though extremely rare.If it occurs stop the drug Also never take Azithromycin or claritjromycin if you are on statin(documented cases drug interaction have been reported)
Health Tips
Lifestyle modification can also help lower LDL by around 10 to 15%. Avoid red meat , deep fried thing and also sugar. You must increase your physical activity to 30min a day 5 times a week for atleast 4 to 5 times a week , do brisk walking for start. also repeat Fasting lipid profile in about 3 to 6 months

This could be controlled by lifestyle modifications. Include less oily, spicy food in your diet. Keep changing your edible oils time to time. Cut down the sugar for atleast 3 months Take plenty of fluids. Walk daily for atleast 30-40 minutes. Take light dinners. Have protien rich breakfast.
Next Steps
If you continue your lifestyle modifications….check your lipid profile once again after 2 months.
Health Tips
Do not or avoid smoke or drink.
