You are in a problem because the LDL is high which shows the potential risk of heart attack. First is to reduce weight. Do dieting. No oil in food. Take Atorvastatin 40 mg daily at bedtime for one month and then check back with a lipid profile report. If the report still shows a bad lipid profile then we will change the medicine.

You didn't mention the age of your husband and if he had any similar problems earlier. The Cholesterol level of your husband is not alarming. I don't think it can be the cause for his symptoms. Please get a Complete Health Checkup package including ECG and Chest X ray. He should consult a General Physician again with all the reports.

Your lipid profile shows borderline high LDL cholesterol, elevated triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, and increased non-HDL cholesterol, suggestive of mixed dyslipidemia with an increased long-term cardiovascular risk
Next Steps
Lifestyle modification is strongly recommended, including a healthy diet, regular exercise (at least 150 minutes/week), weight management If a patient is a smoker and alcoholic - avoidance of smoking and excess alcohol. Please undergo a clinical risk assessment to determine whether lipid-lowering medication is required
Health Tips
A repeat fasting lipid profile in 8–12 weeks is advised to assess response
