Hi, Two yrs before my husband had high cholesterol and had some pain in heart so we did chk and treatment for cholesterol.now again we had a blood test just to chk once..so attached report seems again it's high..can we able to reduce this via food or need treatment..if we can by food pls suggest.i have attached report pls let me know

If it is high in spite of medicine,  the dose of medicine needs to be increased  or another one to be added. Please share details of med.taken. Also avoid fatty, sugary food, avoid alcohol and tobacco, do regular physical exercise,  rest adequately,
