Hi, Chia seeds are rich in fibre and also omega-3 fatty acids. The soluble fibre increases on soaking in water and helps in releiving constipation, lowering cholesterol and weight loss. About 1-2 tsp per day should help in addition to a well balanced diet rich in fruits and leafy vegetables. Drink a glass of water every hour. Exercise of 30-40 minutes per day should help.
