You need not drink alcohol. There are many ways to get into trouble. Most common are various types of infections. Even pollution can do liver damage. Your job should be to face the situation with appropriate treatment. Sulking will not help.

Elevated liver enzymes could be due to fatty liver ,past viral hepatitis .Get a ultrasound scan of the abdomen and viral markers for the hepatitis B and c.

According to your report you have Liver enzymes increase. Reason- any liver infection like Hepatitis -A, B, and C and Alcoholic liver disease And Non alcoholic liver disease . You should do test as - CBC ESR and CRP and Viral Marker and USG of whole abdomen.
Next Steps
Please take Treatment as follow as 1-Cap Pantop DSR 1 time per day for 1 week before food 2-Tab Liv 52 2 time per day for 1 month after food . 3- Tab Udliv 300 mg 1 time per day for 1 month after food. you should take test as LFT at a regular period of interval .
