Cervix shortening even after cerclage

Hi, We had a loss in a previous pregnancy at 17th week due to short cervix and SCH Now in second pregnancy, on progesterone from starting, we had cerclage at 12th week and cervix length was 29mm at the time of cerclage, and it's getting decreased in every scan, currently at 21st week 6 days cervix length 21mm, internal OS closed, doctor said it's fine, still stich insitu, it will hold from 15mm. We are a little bit worried.

You are on progesterone support / cerclage already  additionally you can take probiotics Frequent monitoring of fetus movements heart rate cervical length is what is required avoiding strenuous activities such as heavy lifting or intercourse. Maintain hygiene. Take rest . And wait patiently and hopefully

Just be under proper guidance by your obstetrician Continue progesterone therapy and avoid any activity which can lead to rise in abdominal pressure - heavy weight lifting ,squatting, coughing, constipation,excess  forward bending If any present then be cautious ⚠️.
