Laparoscopic abdominal cerclage
I had an history of abortion due to placenta abruption and UTI in 21 weeks of gestational.. also i placed cervical Cerclage at that time around 12 weeks due to short cervix.. Now we are again planning for pregnancy, and i had checked my cervical lenght and it is 2.5 cm.. dr recommend abdominal cerclage.. i want to ask is it necessary to place laparoscopic abdominal cerclage pre pregnancy?

Yes when you have a short cervix and a history of second trimester abortion it's better to go for laproscopic cerclage prior pregnancy
