Hii My left leg calcaneus fractured as I fell from about 10ft height on 26th Jan & operated on 29th Jan. After 6 weeks (on 17th March) plaster removed. When can I put weight on it ? How much time usually it takes for recovery?

Wait for a 4-6wk further. Start non weight bearing foot and ankle exercises. For exercises you my visit my you tube channel 'xncgupta me and my yoga'.

6weeks is a good time ...esp after fixation. Start tie walking for 2weeks then progressing to partial and full weight bearing walking.
