electrolytes fruits juices over all more fluids. Now for better strengths & stamina no such medicine but u can v yoga, more good quality protien preferably plant protien, dairy products are helpful. meditation is very good as these two basically come from mind & heart not from others. Take balanced Diet with high protien & do as I advice.
