I am 22 yrs,5.2 height and 111 pound weight only,so I decided to join gym,but I don't know what I have to use mass gainer or whey protein,I decided to buy supplement but I got a confusion mass gainer or protein powders,so please help me with my confusion...

Hi Increase your protein consumption. Also increase your carbohydrate consumption. Have milk,  various dry fruits and nuts, bananas everyday. Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently.. You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards
