1. Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin.Since it is water-soluble, excess amounts are typically excreted in the urine rather than stored in fat tissues. This makes toxicity very rare. However, high serum B12 levels can sometimes be seen in supplementation or in conditions like liver disease, leukemia, or kidney dysfunction. 2. Vitamin D, on the other hand, is a fat-soluble vitamin, meaning it is stored in body fat and can accumulate over time. Unlike B12, excessive vitamin D supplementation can lead to toxicity (hypervitaminosis D), which can cause hypercalcemia, nephrocalcinosis, and vascular calcification. Therefore, serum vitamin D levels should always be correlated with clinical symptoms before prescribing high doses for prolonged periods.

The report runs into about 20 pages. I am sure no one will have that kind of stamina and patience to and energy read up all those documents and write all the relevant points on the Q&A forum. Please seek a formal consultation with a General Physician.

Vitamin D3 is very low take Cap. D rise 60k once a week for 4 weeks followed by once a month for next 6 months. Take daily 30 minutes sunlight preferrably from 12 PM to 4 PM. As far as vitamin b12 is concerned it may be raised if you are taking lots of meat, dairy products but nothing much to worry about.

Hi, Hope you are doing well Vitamin b12 is a water soluble vitamin and you don't have to worry about high levels Vitamin S levels are slightly low but I would suggest fortification with diet- vitamin d fortified milk instead of supplements. Also, adequate midday sunlight exposure is crucial. Take care. You can always consult if you have queries
