Blood pressure increased

Hi my blood pressure upper is ranging between 135-145 and lower is ranging between 85-95 constantly. Is this normal or should I take precautions?

If above readings are constantly elevated , hypertension is confirmed.You can change your lifestyle ,consists of low salt , high potassium intake,increased intake of fresh fruits and vegetables , avoid fatty oily food , exercise for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week Get your blood investigation that includes CBC renal profile liver function test glucose levels lipid profile urine analysis and ECG

How many readings have you taken?closely  monitor your BP everyday. Brisk walk for half an hour a day Salt<5mg per day Cucumbers in diet. Avoid oily foods/junk. Avoid non veg. Relax yourself
