M attachting the photo plz reply asap blood in stool constipation problem and piles paining is this sign of cancer i wont be able to sleep no weight loss no abdominal pain plx replyyy

If you have chronic constipation it might be piles,with pain in peri anal region or fissure.needs proper examination to come to a diagnosis.1 episode of fresh blood is not cancer.Anyway get it checked by a female surgeon

Any blood in stool should be evaluated properly without delay. Don't panic and don't  come to a conclusion saying it's cancer. Many conditions can cause blood in stools. For example piles, anal fissure, parasite infection, excessive straining while Passing stool etc etc.... Get yourself evaluated from a general surgeon.
