Blood in saliva

Hi dr I noticed blood in saliva Last week and today again twice But today I got it after I swallowed mucus from nose harshly inside mouth What could be causing it I had visited ent and he said it's all normal physically Do I have tb? Cancer ? The blood is only when I am harsh Other than that no other symptoms No weigh loss infact I have gained No other symptoms I also get blood when I brush In morning I'm scared pls help and reply respected dr Pls help I have no other health issues I get anxiety after I see the blood
