Hi,
For bleeding gums and loosening of teeth you have to go for oral prophylaxis first ( scaling and deep cleaning) followed by medication.
Post care is very important in bleeding gums condition.

As you are very young donot neglect your oral health. Better consult a dentist as early as possible. If the disease progresses fastly we canot get back normal hygiene with your natural teeth. At the early ages several types of gums diseases can occur. Better you rule out them, get an appropriate treatment.

As far as what you have said, i feel you are not taking the care well. If you have a high carb diet intake and no cleanliness, it is surely gonna destroy your oral health
