Black vomit after calcium & iron tablets
I'm 13 weeks pregnant. From yesterday my doctor prescribed calcium and iron tablets as the second trimester started . Till now I was taking folic acid alone . Last night I took a calcium tablet . This morning i couldn't eat food and felt like vomiting . I had one orange juice and took an iron tablet. After one hour I vomited.. but some were black liquid . It tasted like a tablet only . Still I'm afraid whether black vomiting is serious or because of my new tablets . Please help

Iron tablets tend to cause nausea and epigastric pain(acidity) .
The tablets wont cause any harm as such.
