Hello After the umbilical cord falls off, there might be a small scab left in that area called granulation tissue,this heals in its own. It’s normal to see a small amount of dried blood or slight yellowish discharge as it heals. Keep the area clean and dry, allow exposure to air, keep diaper below the area If the inner part turns bright pink or red visit the nearest Pediatrician-requires salt therapy
