Have prebiotics before your meals to improve your digestion.  If you are not lactose intolerant you can eat Curds to improve your gut health.
Next Steps
Eat small dinner 2 to 3 hrs before bedtime.  Walk around after half hour of eating.  Also avoid spicy fried foods at night.
Health Tips
Eat simple khichri,  easy to digest vegetables like lauki,  tori,  curds to help improve your digestion.  Eat good amount of fibre in your foods.  Oats, vegetables etc is good for constipation.  Exercise regularly.  Once your constipation reduces your piles problem will also be reduced .

Always try to have your last  meal light and early. This will help the food digest better and relive you from the problem of bloating constipation followed by Piles. Best time is to have by 7 pm max by 8 pm don't delay beyond that. Include more fiber and fluids in your diet which will help you to improve digestion.
