Is their any fruit or dry fruit which can do multi vitamin role and how efficient are this medicine it has vitamins?

Here dietician surbhi upadhyay Eat seasonal fruits in variation form .. Add some flaxseed, sesame, dry fruits, honey , olive oil like fruits salad 🥗.. You get multivitamin package... Thanks
