Hi take more cereals like rice,alu porotha ,breads, whole wheat products, corn,bazra etc enriched with high quality organic, dairy products. add nuts group, potatoes, all vegetables, banana, mangoes, Coconut, home made fried rice, polao.cheese, yogurts, sweets made upon kheer, pudding et good. sleep min 8 hrs,no stress.
