Hi
High protein diet is not advised unless and until there's a medical requirement... or any medical condition associated.. otherwise moderate protein intake is enough to meet daily protein requirement of the body..
You can include complex carbs ( Low GI foods) in your diet like whole cereal grains, whole pulses, legumes, beans etc..
Donot completely avoid or stop carbohydrates ..
A minimum intake of carbs not less than 100gm and not more than 300 gm in a day.as per RDA..is advise..as we want little energy from carbs alone and not only from protein..
( Protein sparing action)..
For further details contact through practo for a detailed diet session on your eating patterns, lifestyle, any medical history or reports relating if any ..
Thankyou
