You need to add more of vegetables as salads, soup in lunch and dinner both. Should take all kinds of grain atta, all kinds of dal and whole sprouts. Should include low fat milk and it's products like curd, buttermilk.

Should do meditation 30 mins daily to reduce stress. And exercise for 30 to 60 mins 4-5 times minimum per week.
