Bad breathe is due to so many causes
it may be due to
oral causes
**Deposits( plaque and calculus)
** Dental caries
** partially impacted wisdom teeth which causes food impaction
other causes
**Gastric ulcer
**Sinus infection
** respiratory infection
Regarding oral causes in case of deposits cleaning( scaling and
polishing) should be done.In case of dental caries filling has to be done
For impacted teeth, teeth removal has to be done
Complete oral clinical examination is necessary to rule out the cause....

More history is required for exact reason and treatment . But for sure bad breadth is because of improper brushing , not brushing twice daily , cavities , bleeding gums , having food items having odour like onion /garlic/tea or smokers
So start brushing twice daily
Show to a dentist every six months , get professional cleaning done
Use dental floss

Brushing twice doesn't mean that u wont get bad breath...u should do the correct brushing technique...method .and some oral hygiene instructions....scaling meaning just cleaning up of ur teeth ..removing plaque..and teeth whitening meaning making ur dark teeth ..fair ..
