Hi dear Back pain and weakness could be due to Weak bones, low hemoglobin, bad posture etc. But if u are saying that u are having numbness in one side then it could be due to some nerve involvement Please let me know if u have done any recent blood tests regarding the same and consult so that i can guide u better regarding further management Take care

Your weight seems to be more as per your age and height. Please check your BP and investigate  Blood sugar,B12 and Vit D3. Till then hydrate your self Pain killer SOS Tab.MV
