It could be severe muscle spasm. Take precautions like not bending forward, no lifting of weights. Take Bed rest Hot fomentation Tab mobizox twice a day Volini gel for local application.

The fact that you have so severe back pain that you are not able to stand or sit means that you need to see a doctor or do video consulting. Dont self treat or treat with medicine over counter as it might be serious

Take a pain killer plus muscle relaxant after consultation with your local physician. If persists then consult personally. Seems like acute back muscle spasm.
